My Faith
I grew up in Wilmington, NC in a loving home with great parents. I was taken to a fantastic Baptist church there and at the age of seven, prayed to receive Christ as my personal Savior. I followed that profession with baptism. I continued to grow in my love for and knowledge of God for the next several years. It was while I was an active member of my church youth group that I first felt the tug of God calling me into vocational ministry. Even though I prayed and thought about what I believed to be a call...unfortunately...I ultimately ignored it and pursued my own plans and my own educational desires. It was after college graduation and while working in the finance business that I once again felt the call to vocational ministry. I was then attending a wonderful, evangelical Presbyterian church in Charlotte, NC, and God once again clearly spoke to my heart and this time God would not take no for an answer. It was rough at first but I never faltered in this belief of the calling. Since then, I have earned my ministry degrees, spoken to thousands, performed for churches around the country, and watch the Holy Spirit use me and my service to touch lives and save souls.
My Education
I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington in Business. Later, after submitting to the call I went on to earn my Masters of Divinity degree from the highly respected interdenominational Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (the very school that award Dr. Billy Graham is doctorate degree). A few years later, I committed to fulfill a commitment I made to God, myself, and my son...I enrolled in the Doctorate program at Trinity Graduate School of Apologetics and Theology and completed it and received my Doctorate in 2009. My final thesis was published and is even now being used by pastors in Asia to minister the Gospel in creative and effective ways. That same year, ironically, I earned a Doctor of Magic Degree from the International Magician's Society's Magical Academy based on performance ability, knowledge of magic history, and my service to other "magicians" around the world. I have also received training at the Billy Graham School of Evangelism. As you can see I believe in education and giving God our best for His service.
