What type of events does Keith perform/speak for?
Keith speaks and performs for a variety of events and organizations. He has performed and spoken to churches for their weekly services or for revivals, banquets, fundraisers, and other ministry events. He has been a guest at Christian schools and public schools as an inspirational speaker, performer and as a guest for in-service days for teachers. Just about any type of event that requires a speaker and/or a performer to communicate with an audience, Keith can do it!
Does Keith have a fee for his speaking/performing engagements or does he come for a love offering?
Due to the demand of Keith's schedule, he has a honorarium/fee that he normally receives when he speaks or performs for an event. A love offering can be taken to help fund the honorarium if you choose. In some cases, Keith may accept an engagement on a love offering basis. Please know that since Keith began this ministry over 7 years ago, he has always tried to work with organizations and be flexible whenever he can. Our office will be happy to work with you in regards to your specific event. Let us help you make it happen.
If Keith speaks or performs more than one time how is the honrorium/fee prorated?
We will take into consideration the number of times Keith will be speaking/teaching and/or performing and adjust the honorarium accordingly. It is always more beneficial to you if Keith speaks or performs more than once.
Do we pay the entire honorarium in advance or wait until the event?
This is up to you as the sponsoring organization, especially if you are using an offering to off-set the honorarium. Either way, we do ask that you pay the expenses in advance. This will reserve your desired date. The honorarium will be due to Keith at the time of the event.
What about Keith’s travel expenses?
Keith's travel expenses are separate from his honorarium/fee and are to be paid in advance of the event. Again, this will insure your date. We will ask you to send this payment along with a signed copy of the "Appearance Agreement" that will be provided.
When will we be informed about Keith's travel arrangements?
Normally we try to let the sponsoring organization know the travel expenses and arrangements as quickly as possible. Often, this is done at the time of the initial conversation. Some organizations may choose to make some of the arrangements, such as flight plans and hotel reservations, themselves. If so, simply communicate this with our office.
Do I need to send a W-9 form for Keith to sign?
This is entirely up to your organization. If your accountant or office needs a W-9 filled out, please send one to us and we will be happy to complete it and then send it back to you. Please contact us for the mailing address or find it on any of the download forms on this site.
